The Quincy / Buck site has was purchased by the County and since 2018 has had various temporary uses while the County works to determine a permanent use for the site.

7/22/2024 – Yearly Permit Review

  • BVSCA will likely share remarks sometimes between 6:30 and 8pm

The County Board granted our request to move the annual permit review consideration to the recessed meeting on Tuesday, July 23 due to the conflict with BVSCA’s monthly membership meeting.

2/13/22 – DES Fit Test of White Fleet and ART Buses

The Department of Environmental Services conducted a ‘fit test’ of the 29 ART buses at the Quincy Site.  BVSCA members observed the exercise and took these videos.

12/12/21

As of December 2021, BVSCA has learned of a proposal by DES going before the County Board to use the site for bus operations and storage, which contradicts past findings in both the GLUP and JFAC committees for this site.
