This committee is charged to stay informed on Development issues and to relay relevant information back to the Association in a timely manner. Also the committee will develop and present resolutions and draft letters for Association action.
- Attend all meetings (with County/APS Staff and other reps, JFAC, developers, etc.) related to the development – or find a designee. (If there are multiple members on a committee, at least one person should attend the meeting).
- Provide summary reports (an email) to the Executive Committee with main highlights, areas of concern that should be addressed by Association.
- Gather, track and share information on the issues (including seeking info from County and APS staff, etc.).
Speak on behalf of the Association in meetings when pre-authorized by the Executive Committee when there is a pre-agreed position.
Other areas of focus identified from the January 28, 2019 breakout sessions may include: listing of projects and phase of all of the projects. Develop a subset of the website for each project and try to show on a map the various projects (the County has a website with map locations). Group projects by geography and try to reach out to HOAs in that area. Consider revising existing sector plan.
